Canarus Leon Principal Dancer

 

Canarus Leon has been dancing on stage since he was in the 8th grade starting at Westbriar Middle School and continuing in Westside High School's Inertia Dance Company. He has performed at the Wortham Theater Center, Miller Outdoor Theater, H-E-B's Thanksgiving Parade and has traveled to perform in Beijing and Suzhou, China for an international dance festival. He is enrolled at H.C.C. with plans to soon transfer to UH or TAMUCC. He is now currently dancing and spreading Healthy Hip-Hop to the younger children all over schools around the United States. Apart from being a member of Fly Dance Company he is also a member of of one of hip-hop's renowned crews, "The Mighty Zulu Kingz”
